Oh and one of my favorite Andy McKee songs. "Africa" is hard to play with a band. Not so much the instrumental skills but rather the timing is difficult to keep on tempo and hit the various parts. He does it successfully for just a guitar.

Hey Jstas, thanks for the Justin King vids. He can jam for sure. I have 3 albums from Andy McKee and they are all great. I have a hd live show of him somewhere in my never ending stack of discs. A friend of mine was allowed to film him and he hooked his laptop up to their equipment so the audio is awesome as well. I converted it to 5.1 and it is just amazing to sit and watch him play. I'm going to have to check more of Justin King out......another thing on my "to do" list.:D

Yea...I've seen this one before. There is some serious driving in that video for sure. He nailed the 180 around the post. The turn around the end of the building was pretty damn sweet too.

This story is one of my all time favorites. May be one of the most inspirational things I have ever seen. Whenever I am feeling down or just non motivated I seem to always go back and watch this. This is what I strive for everyday as a father of two beautiful children. Please watch videos in the order I posted them so they will make sense. Just a heads up......you may want to grab a tissue or two.

I wish they would make more movies. There are 20 books in the Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series. I'm currently on book 10, "The Far Side of the World", which is what the movie is loosely based on.

Lol that's awsome...I recently did some work at a high end house builder in one of their model homes and they had a bose HT setup. The guy I was with decided he wanted to hear how "great" it sounded. I have no clue. All I know is that I've watched monkeys at Pep Boys trying to put a truck on the lift and they screwed it up in similar fashion. One kid totaled a 2 year old Ford F-150. The swing arm slid off of the passenger side frame rail, went right through the sheet metal in the bed and took the rear suspension with it when he tried to drop the lift to get the truck off of the swing arm. $17,000 in damage to the guy's truck.

There is a reason why, when I put a vehicle on a lift, it goes up just enough to get the wheels off the ground. Grab a bumper and shake it. Does it wobble or feel loose? Yes? Drop it and reposition. No? Should be good to go, proceed with caution and care.
