Out of curiosity, has anyone ever attempted to build a cable "network" ala MIT or Transparent? anyone?

I believe ricardo posted it -

But he took a Transparent cable box apart and it wasnt much, lot of fluff with pretty packaging.

I believe this has been discussed on Audio Asylum.

I will try and find a link, they took apart some MITs and if I recall correctly it was a basic zobel network.

This isn't the thread, but does show one opened up:

Does anyone have a picture of the basic/non-adjustible network box?
