Bev scored me a new digital camera (mine died about a year ago). Got me a Canon A590IS, nothing especially spectacular--but I wanted a fairly simple/good setup. Some sweaters, other misc.
She got a S&W 22A .22 pistol, a new purse/wallet, etc, etc. She loves shooting my Ruger .22, so I figured it was time she had one she could call her own.
We were suppose to be in Vegas for Christmas, but decided to come home early.
So what did you score?

Sorry to be a bummer, but this is the first Christmas of my entire life where I didn't get a single present. Not even something from the office.
Other than that, I had a freakin' blast with family and friends.

Racing skiis w/boots, a big kitchen aid mixer and a whole bunch of different penzeys spices to cook with :) And enough chocolate to sink a small boat.
Luckily my wife earns points for products/services she purchases for work. She can spend them for herself:cool:.
So I actually got sumpin, an HP iPAQ 111 PDA and the HP R847 8.0MP digital camera that took the photo. What I really dig about this 847 is that it has it's own rechargeable Li ION battery. Every digital camera I've dealt with, Fujis, Canons, Kodaks, Sonys, etc, etc would eat AAs like candy and the rechargeable AAs didn't last any longer. I know HPs rep with digital cams, but free says ooodles and it's far better than the old M417 5.0 MP I gave to my youngest. The oldest got a new M547 6.2 MP. So, again, I love my wife and her job. Also kinda points to where the points have to be spent.
Oh and Steve and ISIG....I had to sell my Kimber 1911 last week:(:( I'll get another one, hopefully sooner than later.

I got a Bosch construction range finder that tells me how far away things are away with an accuracy of 1/16th an inch. I used it to determine that my left speaker was actually 1/4 inch further away than the right speaker. Amazing!

What happens if your speaker is 1/32 further away? Then you'll need to upgrade to a new range finder I think.

Well. I bought myself a present in the form of a Gibson 345ES guitar! Some of you may or may not remember that I lost all of my gear in an accident early last year, sooo, I decided that almost two years was just to long not being able to play. Man am I rusty, it's almost like I never played before. Of course I wasn't that good to begin with. LOL

Mine went fairly well, nice big dinner with friends and family. Yoko gave me 1k cash to buy anything I wanted, didnt know what to buy so I banked it. My furniture co. played Santa and finally delivered my last theater seat that I was waiting on since October after screwing up my order. That really made my Christmas.
5 seats now and Im very content the room is done on Christmas day.

I didn't get much but I didn't ask for much either.
I've learned that even if I have the cash to get what I want, between October 1st and December 31st, I don't buy anything for myself because I'll ruin someone's gift to me. Happened every year for like 10 years in a row. So this year I didn't ask for anything but my parents kept pestering me so I told them to get me a JanSport LapStation backpack for my work laptop and pile of extra electronics I have to carry with me.
I was going to get myself a SanDisk Sansa View 8GB for my morning and evening commute after the holidays when prices dropped. Plays MP3's, video and has a radio in it. Everything that could keep me occupied for a walk to a train and a 20-30 minute train ride plus it has a standard stereo miniplug output so I can plug it in in the car too. Well, that was a surprise on Christmas Day to get one of those too.
My brother also pulled one out of left field and got me an Xbox 360. Elite. It's a GameStop refurb with a 20 GB HD but he works at GameStop so it kinda works out. The only thing he didn't get me was "Dirt" but he said they were out of them and as soon as one came in, he'd grab it for me.
I got some other gift cards and the girl got me a pile of boxer shorts. Oh, my sister and her now fiance came down from Vermont and they got me beer which is always an awesome gift. I would have liked a 1.5 gallon growler of Shed's Mountain Ale but they said it was hard to come by this time of year. Ah well, guess a beer run to Vermont is in order then.
I have more fun giving stuff though. Got my mom a copy of Monet's Garden at Givechy for her living room, dad got a new drill, sister and her BF got YakTraxs, Got gift certificates for friends who just got houses and got the girl a Garmin GPS, a Bluetooth headset for her CrackBerry and a car charger for it too. Also got her an EasyBake Oven. She was lamenting the fact that her dad threw hers out on her just to spite her it seems. So I got her another one even if it's just to have that one childhood thing.
So I think it was a good Christmas. Was over a bit too fast I think. Can't wait until next year already!

Got some nice shirts and socks from in-laws. I asked my wife and kids to not get me anything(well I did ask the kids to not do anything stupid that ends up costing me) seeing how I picked up the 1Cs and carver TFM-25 in the last month.
Had family over for dinner and they stayed 9 hours with good conversation, watched a movie and listened to some music. Oh yeah, we dranks two bottles of champagne (mamosas) and 3 bottles of red wine, plus a few shots of various stuff.
My brother in-law said he liked how warm my system sounded, that was priceless as he is not big on compliments.
All in all a very nice Christmas.

I really didnt get much for christmas. Live 09 on ps3 and some cash. But my wife has let me revamp our living room and bedroom setup for the last 4 weeks. Thats priceless. I finally finished all of my upgrades with the final piece being the HK dvd 48 sacd player. Christmas came early to me.
Also +1 to leroyjr1 to have a job right now is the biggest gift of all. Layoffs have hit my wifes family hard.
