Very sad. I just got a few Delaney and Bonnie CD's for Christmas. Delaney sure has alot of friends, and wrote and performed with many artist. D&B were real pioneers of their time. Thankfully Delaney has left us with alot of tunes. Classics for me. I always enjoyed D&B's sound. I guess I will have crank up some D&B and enjoy his deep fried southern soul. RIP Brother.

Delaney & Bonnie and Friends at The Fillmore East. Wilbert "Kansas City" Harrison was the warm-up.

Vaya con dios.

Go figure... I didn't know who this guy was until just now. And I was even listening to "Let it Rain" off my Complete Clapton CD on the way into work.

Leon Russell sat in for a guest appearance when they played in OKC, and the ass tried to steal the show. I quit liking Leon after that.
Delaney Bramlett was a short man with a potbelly and a fine tenor voice, and he let his wife do most of the singing, as I recall.
