how do you add positive seller feedback?

Bought something from a member here and I'd like to give some positive feedback for their seller rating. I didn't see anything in my UserCP or the other member's profile to do this- but I might just be blind. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks

Hover over the number beside the "Member Sales Rating".

got it- thanks. I was gonna try that, but for some reason from the private messages interface, it doesn't show any number there, just empty parentheses... I had to find an actual forum post to do it.
