Called to order my FXi A6's, i was just going to buy one set and get my DSW PRO 600 with the $200 off. so i asked him if he could make me a deal if i bought 2 sets of the FXi A6's considering how much money i have been spending thought i would give it a shot he said the best he could do is take $100 off each set, i said done get them coming so i saved $200 on the Sub Woofer, and $100 off each set of FXi A6's and i figured they want $400 for them on ebay so $50 more coming from polk was the way to go.worked for me i really wanted to stay away from ebay.

Yes that is how i got my RTi A9's, i was meaning outside of polk's ebay store, they just have not had any FXi A6's sorry i should have stated that. it was the other guys i wanted to stay away from. if i was looking for some used vintage speakers i would go for it but the guys selling the FXi A6's. polk will not warranty them.so it was a no brainier for me.that and i did not want to wait for some to show up on polks ebay store.

Smart move and congrats on the new acquisition(s). Polk CS is beyond top notch. I was hooked when I bought some rti-10's open box at the crutchfield outlet here, but the plastic port on the back of one of them was cracked.

I wrote an email asking how much it would cost to replace and who to make the check out to (and freely admitted I had bought them open box from Crutchfield), and got a response basically saying "what's your mailing address; we'll have it out tomorrow free of charge." Sure enough, 2-3 days later port is delivered and I am a Polk fan for good :)

Probably one of the best CS experiences I have ever had...

Nice to hear that the quality of customer service at Polk has not changed since Directed took over. Not that I would expect them to be like other companies (IE- hard to get ahold of, hard to get replacements approved, etc), but that they might've pulled back the reigns on replacements such as these, where they are in no way obligated to provide a free part.

Nice to see!!!
