View Full Version : Monitor 30s with CS10?

How will these work together? Can't afford the matching TSi100's, but the 30s are doable.
Already have the CS10 coming.
Opinions?

Those would work fine. If you don't mind buying used, there are some great deals to be had on Monitor 40's as well, which are a better speaker than the 30's.

+1 for the 40's, I have them as my surrounds and they work very well. There are some people here who have used the 40's for fronts and they have had nothing good to say about them. The CS10 is the new CS1, correct? So it would work well for either the 30's or the 40's.

Yep. CS10=CS1, CS20=CS2. There may be subtle differences in the sound quality, and I much prefer the cosmetics of the TSi/CS series speakers, but they're essentially the same speaker.
