Random Question at Polk Audio SurroundBar

Hey everyone. I have a really random question that I need urgent help with. Does anyone know, off the top of their head ;) , or from another source, what the Circuit City model number designator thingy was for the black polk audio surround bar?

I think it should be something like PLK SURROUNDBAR...something.
