Anyone know if you can get a refund thru Paypal if the shipper isn't shipping and kinda vanished? Any kinda protection thru them?

Been a month and still nothing!

Yes, I did with an e-bay transaction once. The seller was unresponsive and they refunded my money and pursued it with him.

I have filed it thru GE money since I used pay pal buyer credit. They said it will take a month to refund it or so but I should see the cash then!

Hopefully they are right.

Buyer beware tho if he ever returns!
