What binding post on the RTI A7 control the tweeters and what control the woofer?

I am bi-wiring to a TGA-5200

The top ones control the tweeters, the lower ones the woofers

next time just remove the jumpers and connect the speaker wires to top and bottom posts and see which speakers play.
