Question form a Newbie:
Do you think I'm better off buying a refurbished CSi5 center channel to complement my TSi 200s, or a new CS 20? Thanks for any help.

I believe the drivers on the csi are of different construction so I don't know how well they would match your TSi's. I would ask a serv rep unless someone else here knows more

The TSi's aren't timbre matched the the CSi5, but you'd probably be alright to use it if you're getting a good deal on it.
Do you have any plans of upgrading your front channels in the future? If you got the CSi5 now, and later on down the road you decided to get some of the RTi series bookshelves or floorstanders I'd say go for it.
If you're not planning on upgrading your front channels though, you may be better off going with a CS20.

+1. I totally agree with Curt. One advantage with the CS20 is that it is smaller than the CSi5.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. All this makes me wonder if the CS 20 is an overmatch for the TSi 200s. The website is a little vague on this point, describing the CS20s as a good match for "the larger speakers in the TSi series," (which may or may not include the 200s) while the CS10 is explicitly described as a good fit for the TSi 100 and 200s. Would I be better off with the CS 10 and a couple more Benjamins in my pocket? Is there any real downside to overkilling a little on the center channel?

The CS20 would be the better choice. Those recommendations are budget recommendations more than anything else.
The center channel is the most important speaker in a HT setup, as it carries around 60% of a movies soundtrack. The bigger center channel is always going to be a better choice. Not to say that it's strictly necessary of course, as you've got to work within your budget and space constraints. I'd recommend the CS20 though.

I'm convinced. Thanks. Unfortunately I had just placed an order with Newegg for the CS 10 before I saw your reply, but I was able to cancel it and reorder the CS 20. Thanks again for the help.
