Bought an office chair and paper shreader (in case Enron's hiring again) from Staples on the web week before last. A really major $80 sale for them.
Best prices and fast delivery had already made for a good experience. Then this morning I actually received a follow-up call from Staples to be sure everything was OK and gauge my customer satisfaction. How cool is that?
The last time I can remember that happening was 1994 after I bought my Honda Accord.
