I had a issue with ordering some open type banana plug from MP yesterday which was under promotion price, sadly the promo price ended yesterday itself, But the way they handled this issue, and even though the order was not worth much, but the way the CS and Mr. Sean GM of Monoprice handled this in such a way, they have a guy who will look for any related product first with MP then i will look else where:D
I had another very good experience with them, and very happy with their HDMI cable, Toslink, S/W cable, etc. All are extremely well built and much better quality than most of the lot available in some stores and at fraction of the price.:D

the "Karma" tag implies that you are giving something away.

ie: you will receive good Karma for being generous. :) Just so you know for the future, that's what it means around here.

Nice shout out for good CS though. It's nice to hear about good outcomes from bad situations or problems.

He is giving the good word on Monoprice so everyone can benfit

I always found MP to be A1. They don't offer top of the line but not junk either and pricing is more likely unbeatable. Their CS, delivery service is above and behong any other companies I know.

Maybe the Polk Forum gods can create a new tag called "Kudos" to call special attention to good service either from companies or private parties?

Thank you so much for seconding my thoughts, thats exactly what i had in mind, especially for the newbies who are on a budget and want some decent gear/ accessories this is one of the best place to start off with.

:DEven with an unlimited budget, why would one waisted their money on useless chromed-up cables (with proper install they shouldn't be visible anyway) when you can actually use the money on gear anyway, we never have enough gear anyway, right? ;)

It's nice to not know. I didn't know and I was happy. My old JVC receiver, some vintage Infinity speakers, and cheapo wires were great for many years. Now I am in search of better gear(including cables), CD's, and even records;)

BWaudio Silver Interconnects Yep! I guess the main goal is for one to be happy ;) Some people might simply be happy to choose cable that will match their jewells and other silver or gold appartus :D While others simply check to maximize their spending be on cables or gear ;) Vintage is always nice to have, quality was there and remembering the good old days is also nice  What ever suits our mood!
