I had a suggestion from Legacy Audio ( http://www.legacyaudiovideo.com/ ) about trying an Audio Pro B1.35 Subwoofer. They cost about $400. Anyone hear one/have any comments?
Here are the specs:
150W ace-bass amplifier
10" long-throw woofer
Airflow 69 bass reflex port
Both line-in and speakers-in inputs
Overload limiter
Black high-gloss finish, this subwoofer joins the very top-of-the-line subwoofers in the world. With a very special 10" woofer, an 150W ace-bass amplifier, and the downfiring bass reflex port AirFlow 69, B1.35 can measure up to and beat much more expensive subwoofers. B1.35 was appointed Subwoofer of the Year '99 by the Swedish HiFi magazine Hifi&Musik. Adjustable volume control and the possibility to choose lo-pass frequency between 50 and 100 Hz makes B1.35 very easy to place. B1.35 is developed to produce that bass we all want - very deep, very clean and very powerful.
That's what they say- what do we know about this brand???
Thanks in advance!!!
