Good condition. I would say about 7/10. I got it to run my TV's speakers which are really old crappy Sony's that my dad bought because he thought they were supposed to be good due to their high price (a story that makes me cry every time).

Now that I have an SDA SRS 2 in prospect, I am looking to sell this to gather funds for a more sturdy amp for my SDA to-be.

I am not the original owner but only the second owner. I have only had this amp for a month.

The only big mark down in cosmetics is the "greening" of the power plug. However, it works without any sort of problem.

Asking price is set at $200 + shipping OBO. I welcome offers, but obviously don't lowball too much.

Try your SDA's on it before you sell. A watt is not a watt, and you may be pleasantly surprised. Those are very nice amps.

Oh yeah, I was considering keeping it. However, due to my recent GFA-555MKII purchase and Outlaw Audio 2200, I decided I will use the Outlaw Audio 2200 for my CMT-340SE on my computer due to temperature control and the GFA-555MKII for my mains. I don't really think an extra amp is necessary.

Btw, is it ok to have an Audiogon posting on this at the same time? I was going to post it on Audiogon for $225 and $200 here so that I could help Polkies out. Or should I wait to see if no one wants to buy the amp here before posting it on Audiogon?

That is a nice amp. It will totally drive the SDA's.
But might I suggest you consider a new pair of speaker cables...
I think my telephone has fatter wire connected to it then that amp.

ps. i see the two outlaw monoblocks in the background. once you get the SDA's i owuld love to hear your opinion of the sound of the adcom vs the outlaws. you might be suprised and want to sell the outlaws instead.

I think my telephone has fatter wire connected to it then that amp. ...You're not kidding! I don't like the look of the IC cable either ... it looks like the sort of audio cable that would come out of a $100 HTiB from Wal-Mart ... and no, I'm not trying to be snotty or elitist, but there are limits. At least get some of the premium stuff from monoprice.com IMO.

a bump

Yeah, I am trying to grab proper cables. I been shopping around for cables recently. But mostly I am trying to save for a good pre/processor (particularly good for surround).
