Alright boys, up for grabs is a cables that are so new that they barely have 100 hours on em'. If you want to step into some real high performance cables for not a lot of moolah, here's the chance! Up for grabs is an 2.5m set of Choseal speaker cables (with interchangeable banana and spade lugs) and a 1.5m set of Choseal RCA interconnects.

Who is Choseal you ask? They are a major OEM manufacturer for high end cable brands. They have a team of over 20 engineers and offer some great stuff for the money. How do they sound? Fantastic. If you want a speaker cable that sounds big, dynamic, warm, and lush with a deep soundstage - these are for you. The interconnects are cut of the same cloth, although a tad less warm and a bit more linear/clean sounding. Together, the combo offers extremely well rounded performance.

I'm asking $60 for the speaker cables, and $50 for the interconnects. Both sets will be shipped with their original boxes. I'd prefer to keep this sale as it would be easier to box/ship, but will sell separately should no one decide to buy the set.

Buyer pays actual shipping cost to their abode and gets to select the method, be it by Fed Ex, USPS, UPS, Donkey... what have you. Please respond here first if interested.

Where are you located?

Also, is that a Korean manufacturer? Choseal sounds Korean to me...

they are apparently chinese made. and though i could not find any reviews the net is peppered with positive user comments about these being very good values. they certainly look good. look nicer than my pricy tara labs speaker cables. here is a link to someone selling the same interconnects that are up for sale here, only they want 2.5 times the price...

Ender, I'm located in southin' VA, and the manufacturer is Chinese. I also forgot to mention that the cables use Single Crystal Copper - the same stuff that's used in the pricey and highly acclaimed Audience cables.

Chris, thanks for digging up some good info. Yep, they look killer and are extremely well made.

Zero, do you know the gauge of the speaker cables?

I may want these as I'm very close to you so shipping would be cheap. Thanks man.

Conrad,

Unfortunately, I don't have any info detailing the exact gauge of the wire. All I can say is, its pretty thick. The speaker cable's diameter is 16mm, and the interconnect's diameter is 10mm.

Are they pretty flexible? They look to be in the pic.

The speaker cable is extremely flexible given its size. Strangely, the interconnects, though flexible, do not bend quite as freely. Still, they are by no means stiff (like Kimber or PS Audio wire).

Gauge schmauge...buy'em. Gauge means practically nothing.

Thanks Steve. Agreed.

I also forgot to mention that the interconnects have silver coating on top of the copper conductors, whereas the speaker-cables are straight copper. To address any other potential questions: That little 'thingy' on the interconnect is there to reduce/eliminate RF. I don't know what type of RCA's it uses - it looks to be a custom job. Yes, they fit nice and snug. No, the cables won't serve you coffee or breakfast in bed.
