You all know these well. Great cables, excellent all-around performers, nigh unbeatable for the price. These have BFA bananas on the amp end, bare wire at speaker end. One BFA is slightly dented, doesn't affect anything (have no idea how it even happens).

I just saw an 8 foot pair of these sell for $80. But it has been less than a day. I'm so impatient when moving gear.:o

He most likely screwed them down with his 5-way binding posts. I've done that for years before I bought Bananas

I'm the second owner, so I don't know exactly why the first owner wanted it that way. Some people just think that bare wire makes the best connection to the speaker, others don't like the way bananas and spades are cumbersome behind the speaker. Either way, bare wire is the most universal way to connect and it's always worked beautifully for me.

These are some really great sounding speaker cables.
The synergy with NAD/Signal/Polk is fantastic for a mid-fi system.
Frank @ Signal also responded very quickly to an e-mail I sent him. Very good customer service at Signal!
