I dont know anything about them either, except they were not cheap when new and they were reviewed well. Everything still has their factory boxes except them. the only reason I snapped everything is because I know by the time I get down to what I want to actually keep for me I will maybe have a couple hundred extra in my pocket. I have no desire to keep the Denon or the Pioneer speakers, but I should be able to sell them on fleabay to at least recover gas money. the 1c's are the prize here and look forward to having them in my 7.1 setup

Those Monitor Audio's are no slouches. Very decent speakers. The Parasound was a very good amp circa 1988. You should feel at least a little guilt for raping and pillaging to that extent though.
