In Wall Cables

I am getting to the phase of the basement remodel where I need to run my cables... anybody have any for sale that are decent in-walls or good suggestions?

I don't really want to spend a fortune, as the rears need to be probably 20-30 foot long each to run in the walls.

Let me know what's out there. I am not high dollar cable guy at this point in my life, so even if they are cheaper cables but dependable, lay it on me.

Try Parts Express... I've got probably 1,000' of Carol inwall cable in my house and a friend's house, with no complaints, price is reasonable.
