agreed, local Craigslist would be the place, although I have to say your budget is on the low side. I noticed that Nikon gears maintain its value a little better than others. For instance, a D60 with the standard 18-55mm lens run about $550 new, used would be in the neighborhood of $400-450. A used 18-200mm lens run about $550-$575 in local Craigslist, new is about $680-$799 (BB price is in that upper-range)
