No Red

My Sony Trinitron Model KD-34xs955 picture doesnt have any red in it. Anyone have any suggestions?

How is your set connected?

If it's connected with component cables (R,G, B) You may have mixed them up or plugged the red into an audio in.....that's one way you'd lose a color...

If you're hooked up HDMI that's not the problem..

What is currently connected and on what input? (HDMI, Component)
