Small spade or ring terminals

I need 8 of these that would fit under a screw for a PS cap bypass mod for my adcom 565 amps.I intend to crimp or solder the caps to them for an easy and safe hook up.

HD or lowe's has them. If they are crimp remove the insulation, crimp them, and then solder. Take one of the screws from the caps with you to size up the whole.
