This is the original version, not the Pro/ProII/Live. It is model number HD-H2.0TGL/R5. Has 4 500gig drives, capable of operating as four separate drives, spanning, mirroring, or RAID 5. Same model as sold on ebay here:

Buffalo 2TB TeraStation Live Multimedia Storage Server - eBay (item 330327592368 end time May-08-09 09:19:30 PDT) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330327592368&viewitem=&salenotsupported)

This is in perfect condition, I don't think there's a scratch on it. Works perfectly, comes in original factory packaging with all included materials and instructions. Good as new but a whole lot cheaper.

It's already boxed up, so I'd have to unpack it to take photos. I'd prefer not to as it looks exactly like the pictures in that ebay listing. But if a sale depended on me unpacking it and taking some photos, pm me and we'll talk.

The one that sold on ebay went for $359. That one was manufacturer re-certified (so says the seller, I don't know if that's true or not...) I'll sell this unit to a ClubPolk member for $319 plus $20 shipping in the US. It's pretty heavy, I'm sure it's going to cost more than $20 to ship, but I'll cover the rest. Paypal included in the price.

PM me if interested.

Is this a new unit or used? Does it have any warranty?

Sorry dpowell, it's used. No warranty other than my guarantee that it's working perfectly once it arrives. But looks like engtaz has grabbed it up!

Nope not me. It was sold before I could get to it this morning.

Sold to whom? What gave you the impression that this was sold?

Were you thinking that ebay one was mine? No. I just posted a link to an identical model that had sold on ebay for pricing reference. The ebay sale went through for $359, so I was offering mine to ClubPolkers for $319.

Ok, so to clarify, I'm selling this unit. It is used, but working perfectly and cosmetically fine, with all original packaging and materials. There's no manufacturer's warranty left on it, but I will guarantee that it arrives to you in working condition. I originally paid about $800 for this unit a few years ago.

Neil, can I call DIBS until this evening? I need to consult with my brother about how this would fit in with my SQ Box music server.

I'll let you know ASAP after I get a hold of him.

Thanks

Man, you can have DIBS for a week if you start uploading some more Zep boots! Come on man, gimme some good Kashmir...

By SQ Box music server, do you mean a Squeezebox??? If so, this will work just fine with SqeezeCenter, I've had it set up that way. You just map a drive to the NAS share and have SqueezeCenter import from there.

Going to pass on this..........I have other solutions.

I've thought about finishing what I started with the Zep stuff. If I get organized and have some time................I'd love to start it up again.
