Quick Help Please

Okay I am at my neighbors house right now helping him install a set of LCi 80i the manusl says nothing about removing the insulation beind the drywall were the speaker will go. Are we sapost to remove the insulation behind it or leave it please let us know.:confused:

If it is an exterior wall, meaning the wall faces to the outdoors, I would say leave the insulation. If it is on the inside, then remove it.
