Just my opinion here, but you are starting to come off a little bit whiney. The guy basically gave away these movies for nothing and you have been hacking on him for a mis-shipment. It happens, you aren't sittng on a hundred dollar deal gone wrong here. It it probably $20. If it was me, I would have said, "No problem, let's not ship these things all over the country and waste a good deal. Refund the shipping to both of us and we'll both drop them off at our local Goodwill.". I'm just saying, there are two ways to handle every situation... one from a positive perspective, and one from a negative.
