If they're RTA12B's, yes, they're good. & if they're in good shape, they're probably worth about $200.

sounds a little pricey for RTA 12's, but only you can decide that. I paid $150 for RTA12C's with walnut veneer, I understand some RTAs have vinyl veneer. If they are in fact Monitor 12's and not RTA 12's then they are kind of rare and don't turn up that often see here for more Monitor 12 info:

He sent me pics of the speakers and his are definitely Monitor 12's as the link you provided confirms this.

Personally, I would try to haggle them down, but I would still grab them at $300. But that's just me. I like to collect speakers that don't often show up for sale.
