Looks like it might be a V-125 or MX-1250. It's not one of their THX models, for sure. Ask him. As far as whether you'd be an idiot to pass it up, it depends on the exact model, but I've been paying 200 or less for V-125s. I've even seen a few of the M&K push-pull dual-driver models go for around 350-500 on ebay, so you do the math.
