Hey guys
First off thank you too all those who have answered my questions I had about Polk audio equipment and audio equipment in general and a special thanks to wutadumsn23 who I have been asking about a million questions too.
Anyways Just this morning I placed my order to add the last piece of the puzzle... the sub. So now my 5.1 is now complete. May in the future buy two more speakers when I have room for a 7.1 system and an amp pr something but that won't be for awhile. Just wanted to get your opinion of the PSW505. Picked it up at J&R for $249.99 since Newegg doesn't have it in stock.
That's got to be one of the best subs for that price unless you buy on the used market. Really 250 for a 300 watt 12" sub with a BASH amp that hits below 30hz. IMO, that was the 'sub' to get before the new Polk subs came out. The newer (not the new PSW line because the 505 is 'still' better than any of those the 10, 110, 125 etc.) line DSW and MicroPros are more musical and tighter than the 505. But for 250....the 505 can match the volumes of the 500 or maybe even the 600s?
You will enjoy it!

I'm kinda upset Newegg is out of stock because I had to pay around $35 for S&H through J&R :(

Yeah this is the best PSW, period! But the NEW DSW-pro and DSW-Micropro are better but also pricier!
So at 250 its the PSW505 hands down!

The PSW125 is only $50 more......
The PSW125 is only $50 more......
The 505 is the BETTER sub! I had a PSW12 the predecessor to the 125...and it could hit LOWER than the 125, the only problem was that is had more port noise!

Newegg says they will be in stock like in July and free shipping, maybe they ship to Canada for free, but not sure. Maybe you have to pay a little extra I'm not sure.

For Canadian orders you have to go to http://www.Newegg.ca. A quick search on the .ca site pulled up nothing under Polk though.
