vinyl door panel rattles

What can you do to stop the door panels from rattling??? I was thinking of adding a layer to the vinyl/plastic panels, but do people actually do that? I already deadened the metal parts just not the vinyl/plastic panels.

whoops, i guess I should have proof-read my post before submitting. Well I was thinking of adding a layer of sound deadeners to the door panels, but I'm not sure if there is another solution that I can do to stop the rattles.

use it on the vinyl panel too, u can never have enough deadener material
