Hey guys I have noticed that many of us are from the peoples republic of MD. I am rather new to the forum but would think that it would be cool to get a gathering together.

I am even willing to host. I don't have any SRS or wicked expensive amps but I have cold beer, big backyard and plenty of grilling room.

I am in the Perry Hall area.

Ideas ?? Thoughts ????

I can make the drive to Perry Hall:D Sounds like a good time. I was also thinking about having something but I have not been able to work out a date for the festivity with Mrs. Millerlite.

Tony, count me in if we are in town on the date. I could also bring some gear if you would like.

I might be able to make MD. 'will bring beer from the NY area. There is good beer to be had from here. Specifically where?

Vette C6.r

In Baltimore. Close to the Towson area.

Bring the NY beer. Leave the Yankee's there. Just kidding.

You're all referring, of course, to Elkton, Maryland....the marrying capital of the U.S. You can get married there for almost nothing with no blood test or much of any other requirement or papers--same day service--or so they say!

I'm in! I live in Southern MD and Towson is not that bad a drive. If I can find some help on this end, I'll load up my 501's and bring them along.

I have a flexi rack that I could bring. It works well for switching gear in and out.

Vette C6.r

A rack would be a good idea indeed. Wooo. I said "rack"

I didn't forget about you MD guys. I have a demanding job and getting actual free time is hard to come by sometimes. I am thinking in two - four weeks.

Let me check with the women and my work schedule.

Hopefully soon guys.

Sorry guys. It's been a difficult couple of months at work. Just trying to get another (sorry) idea of who might be interested. I still am.

Within the month or so is cool with me. Cooler temps too.

I'm there!

You're covering airfare, right?

I won't be ready to leave Hawaii right away, so naturally, I'll be crashing on your couch for a couple weeks while I'm checking out Hawaii. I'll also be using your stereo on a daily basis.:p;)

Tony,

I'm a no go that day unfortunately, have to work 6:30am to 9pm.

I do have a pair of SDA 2B's that are unused at the moment and live in Fullerton, so maybe we can find some day in the near future to get your ears on them.

Hey guys.

Since the low response to the gethering I will have to cancel saturday.

Hopefully I can re-schedule when we find a date that is good for more people.

I was really looking forward to an MD get together also but unfortunately I was not able to make the date of this Saturday also.

Hopefully we can come up with another date in the near future.

I would love to host a get together I just don't think my house is big enough to do it right for more than a handful of people.
