Replace MM2104 with MM1040

I blew my momo MM2104 Sub woofer, I am thinking of replacing it with MM1040 Subwoofer which are mounted in my boat.

Do the mounting screws/holes line up?

Can I still use my Momo grill?

How did you blow the sub? Just so that you know what not to do next time.:)

They are both 10" and both have 8 screws so they should match up.
