View Full Version : i think i just figure out a way to power RTIa9s+ x amp with a receiver with no preout

yes i think this may work
since 95% or more of the time the sound is from my HTPC soundcard (currently Emu 0404 USB and Creative X-Fi Platinum), i think, i can play some tricks with the X-Fi soundcard.
Ill use 3x mini> 2RCA splitters,
1 for front > this goes to the extra amp
1 for center and sub > goes to receiver
1 for rear > goes to receiver

so this is gonna work! yay :D

although Creative X-Fi doesnt sound good, but Azuntech Prelude is defintely awesome, ill upgrade if im getting the A9s.

and for TV, ill proably use TV S/PDIF > soundcard in > analog out (3x mini>2RCA)
