the last pair went for 20.00 plus shipping. 30.00 for one plus shipping is lil bit much IMO

I guess that would depend on how badly you need/want one. I just bought two MWs for $38 apiece and I'm glad to now have some spare drivers! $20 for a pair is a dream come true and not the usual going price for these drivers.

IMHO 40.00 shipped for one driver isnt worth it to me.

Can you buy a new driver from Polk Audio directly? I know you can get the RDO tweeters, why not MW woofers.
