What are some good amps that would be a good fit? I am not looking at spending more than $350 + shipping.

May be some older Adcom and Parasound amps could be in your budget. Rotel also is good with LSi speakers.

This rotel will get you there, but its like 500 bucks. 350 is not allot of budget for a power amp to be honest. Try adcom as they seem cheaper. If you can scrape up a tad bit more change the Sunfire amp will be a great amp and should last you forever.

It's going to be hard to find a 3 channel for $350. You're going to probably go 5 channel or 2 channel.
Adcom 555II est. $350
Adcom 545II x 2 est. $350-$400

You would have to look for used. Another route:
Would be two Berhringer A500's (http://www.zzounds.com/item--BEHA500) for $400 shipped if you were absolutely pressed for going new.
Audio Critic did some critical testing of the unit (http://theaudiocritic.com/plog/index.php?op=ViewArticle&articleId=22&blogId=1)

No thanks to the Behringer.
I was really shooting from the hip with this one. Something like a Parasound HCA-1203A or similar would be perfect.

I just bought this one and decided I want to go in a different direction (some tube stuff for my other system). I could let it go for $450 shipped. Its an awesome amp and looks absolutely brand new.

Nice, I was eyeing that one and had been lokoing for an acurus for a long time. They don't come 'round often. I ended up with a 5ch Rotel. I think the TS would be more than happy with that amp you have!

For $350 I don't know what you are going to be able to get. The A500 was a 'if you have to have it now' for $350 option.
There is a guy looking to sell a B&K AV5000 5 channel amp for $250 + shipping: Link (http://forums.audioholics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57685)

I used to own this amp and sold to MadMax. I bought it from the Original Owner and I don't even use it for more than a few hours. I decided to go with different amps so it was stored in the closet for 9-10 months after I bought it and finally sold to MadMax.
It's a very very nice amp. Very clean inside out. You'll be very happy with it if you can swing a few extra bucks (which is just a little more than your budget of 350 plus shipping).

I've already decided not to let it go anyway after thinking it over. :)

Nice looking amp. Will keep my eyes open for something like that.
Something around $400 shipped is my ideal budget. Any other amps or brands I am missing? I have been looking at: Adcom, Rotel, Nad, Parasound, B&K, Emotiva.....

A used Emotiva XPA-3 should work.
Low priced three channel amps are hard to come by, but in your budget range you could consider a professional amp such as the one from Nady for under $400 shipped.

You can use the 3rd channel for your center channel instead of the subwoofer. Just set the FILTER / SOURCE SWITCH on the back of the amp to off. When the switch is set to OFF, the internal crossover is disabled and the speaker input is used as the source.
