Picked these up a few weeks ago. $49.99 with the original Polkstands. The guy bought them brand new in Mississippi. Even had the boxes. Those Peerless tweets do sound smooth.

Ya know, I need to do an A-B comparison betwixt the two. Maybe tomorrow I'll do that. I did notice the 7's have a nice stage, not as wide as the CRS, but very respectable none the less. Really nice depth. It probably helped that they were several feet into the room.

Nice!! 7B's for $50 is a steal.

I've had my Peerless 7A's hooked back up for the last week or so, and I'm loving them. Some nice speakers. Hard to beat for the money IMO.

Who the hell prices stuff like 49.99 on craigslist? Did you ask for your penny back when you gave him $50 even?

Nice find none the less. Brand new looking. I had a pair of 7Bs with peerless for a while. Loved them, just no room for them.

For the same reason that things in every store in the country cost 49.99 instead of 50 even. It deceives you into thinking that it costs less than it really does.

That being said...yes, that is pretty stupid...lol
