Hello,

Does anyone have experience with turntablebasics.com? I bought a belt from them that was wrong and have been unable to get a response from them.

Anybody?

Thanks

I have purchased from them. I believe it is a one man operation . Shipping and response are usually on the slow side but they will take care of you . I would do business again with them though they have lost alot of business due to that slow response from what I have read of other's experience.

That's good to know. I'll go on record here as not getting any response from this place at all. I've sent multiple requests for help and not even a "go f yourself". Just NO response at all. Nothing. Zip. Nada.

If you do decide to do business with them, and they reply, ask em to at least tell me to f off or something.

Good luck.

How did you pay? File a complaint with your CC/Bank or PP.

I purchased one of those silly little $5 turntable bubble levels from him in February and emailed 6 or 7 times over the course of a month. I never received the product or a response.

Thank God their checkout is PayPal driven as I simply logged in to my account and PayPal handled the refund.

It's a cool site with lots of neat, reasonably priced gizmos for vinyl junkies, but it sure sounds like they've fallen on hard times, probably related to the economy.

Well it seems as though I'm screwed. Can anyone recommend a place to buy a belt for my Kenwood KD-2055 turntable?

Thanks.
