Question on value of these:

Peavey PA-400 + speakers.

I picked them up to play with, but now I want to sell them... what are they worth?? I know nothing of this type of audio. I mainly do home audio :)

I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 300-350 would be appropriate. I wouldn't pay anymore than that for them myself.

I used to have a pair of Peavey PA speakers that were very similar. FWIW, I was never happy with them, and they're long gone now.

I paid a lot less, but honestly have zero use for them so I'm going to hock em. 300-350 is an awesome price considering what I paid, and they work. I don't know what 'good' is for PA equipment.

Most Pro Audio equipment tends to hold it's value better over time than home audio equipment does. The way pricing works is really a lot different.

My Peaveys got replaced with some JBL's. They aren't going anywhere anytime soon...until I get bigger JBL's.:cool:
