hi im a newbie here but i saw a pair of old mini monitors on e bay with no bids yet they need refoamed but looked good other than that i wanted them for rears on my ht are they worth getting if so what should i bid to. they will match with the larger polks i have already

If so, I'd pass. Those were one of Polk's earliest speakers, and from everything I've ever gathered, they don't really sound that great.

What other Polk's are you using?

Curt, I also noticed those, do you have any idea if those peerless tweets are the same as used in the larger models? If so they might go for cheaper then buying just the tweeters alone.
