Have emailed their customer service.. posted on this site? are these guys on vacation? I finally got the 2 momo mm12's and they sound great.. but last night I test drove the Kicker Solobaric L7. I'm sorry.. as much as I am loyal to Polk.. those bad boys kick polks' asses... Incredible Subs. Anyone wanna buy 2 Polk Momo's MM12 with the enclosure? I can give you a great price on them..

Kicker L7's are 750 watt rms subs -- can take almost a grand if u do it right.
momo can do 650 tops.
kicker's got more surface area on their 12... like 15% more - due to square versus round. the momo has more dynamic range, up into the 125 hertz area while kicker is cut off sharp at 100, but hey -- who cares.
the L7's a nice sub -- just be sure u get rid of as many right angles in the box as possible -- square sub - square box = weird resonance. least that's what i'm told.

oh -- and just call the maryland office before 3 pm -- that way everybody is still in for the day... least thats been my luck.

Thanks for the advice.. by the way.. I'm staying with my momo's.. 2 MM12 has made me very happy... actually the sound quality as compared to the Kicker I prefer the Polk.. Kicker is I think made for the people that just want bass without the accuracy.

the intent of the L7 was to put kicker back on the map -- the solobaric DB rounds that they used to have were sweet ass subs -- great for sq, great for bump, but they cost a lot and they didn't do over 400 or something rms i think.
kicker wanted the big bang back - and they sure as hell got it - but youre right, they dont "sound" as good.
