Its not a bad idea. They'll sell. No room for it in my son's room.

Thankfully I don't have any kids yet nor do I enjoy rock band or guitar hero... however I must say this is a great idea. It would be interesting to hear/demo one of these at the store to see if its worth buying as a gift for the roommate or something.

Looks pretty cool. The the family has been play GHWT. I'd be interested in a demo for sure. Any idea on price? Edit: I see it's listed for $99

Why not try a CSiA 4/6? The way the cabinet is designed it allow's them to be placed flat or angled ;) The CSi would probably sound better as well, could be a good budget option though :o

Cool looking speaker! Throw a few on the floor and have that real "on stage" look while jammin' out some rockband :)

I had a CSi5, I sold it recently.

I like the fact that this speaker is $99 and with that I can get 2 to 4 of them on the floor in my theater room instead of one CSiA 4/6

Like you said about the real stage look, I think it'll look cooler.

Too bad they couldn't get it out this year, for the Christmas release

Black Polk Audio Atrium 60's have always worked well as floor monitor speakers.
Using their brackets, they will sit on the floor nicely and can have their angle adjusted to suit.

Interesting product.

Unfortunate name. Sounds like something you'd buy in a head shop.
