Warrenty

Dear kim,

I had just bought some polk momos from ebay, put them in my car, let them brake in and then the got blown. I then called up the company asking for the warrenty info and they said because i didnt buy them from a dealer i cant get them fixed or replaced. I spent a lot of money to have no warrenty on these mm120's. Please help me with this, thanks

Sorry, there is not much that we can do because EBAY is not an authorized retail outlet for our products. EBAY usually sells used or previously owned products. The warranty is not transferable.
I would suggest contacting the people that you purchased these from to see if they will be able to help.
