I just wanted to pass this information along and share with all you to spread the word. Power sellers on ebay are selling fake Monster cables and getting away with it. If any of you are thinking you can go on ebay and get an authentic Monster cable for under $100 bucks you're wrong, it's a scam. This is NOT an attack against Monster company.
The videos below expose the scam.

It's a shame stuff like this still happens, but Thanks for the info......Power Seller or not, if you don't know who you are buying from, then buyer beware.

Totally agree, especially after taking apart a couple of the "real" monster cables.

Those dogs are a counterfitting machine. Ebay is flooded with counterfit semiconductors etc.Any Name brand item sourced from China must be suspect.
Careful, I'm in China....just kidding....the piracy here is legendary...here are a couple of examples...
There is a brand name in China with a slightly different swoosh called NAKE shoes instead of NIKE...they look pretty similar.
Walmart has stores here but there is also a Chinese Dept. Store chain called WuMart Hypermarkets? Instead of Superstores??
And we could continue with the blatant knock-offs of Ralph Lauren, Lacosse, and other products...which just attach fake logos.
Or the street vendors and small shops that sell current DVDs for 5 Yuan..that's less than 1 American dollar for a just released DVD---that also often falsely says Blu-ray on it???
As far as I can see the Chinese consumer is far more active, currently, than his/her American counterpart!
