Can I even use this with normal speakers?

Well, you bought something that will be useful when playing with your organ!!
But seriously, might make a decent tube amp for two channel. $40.00 you can't go wrong.

Probably needs a little updating, but sure, why not. It uses common, inexpensive tubes, and looks pretty clean. The output trannies aren't very substantial, but it might sound decent.

Damn, now I just need the organ. So what makes an organ amp different than a "regular" music amp?

Nothing, I've had some junk organ amps, and some real nice ones too. There should be a thread somewhere with some Allen amps that I had a while back, real popular organ amp back in the day.
