The monitor 10's even with the Peerless and in near perfect condition, are not worth the asking price, half that would be more likely.

I'd take the 12's over the 10's any day. $275 for M10's. The guy has been huffing glue!
Thats not a bad deal on the 1B's. 1B's are very close to 1C's.

I just picked up some 5's the other day for $85 (w/peerless)-in great, I'd almost say Mint condition.

As for the 10's? I'm not sure what the avg price is, but I picked up 2 sets recently ($60 w/peerless & $85 w/sl1000) in good condition.
