Reasons why people don't post on club polk

Well guys i have been reading here and there but not posting anymore, I sent henry the money order for the 6 bucks i owed him, But never received a e-mail saying he received it.. So i guess it was pretty importannt to him to get it, I e-mailed him today about it and received a snappy response that he thought it was over! after a kinda snappy e-mail from me after all "we" have been through and i never got a received it e-mail, I was to say the least kinda aggravated..

I don't want this post sent to the HOS because i want to express my feelings for a minute and i will not respond to any posts on this thread, I am simply venting and then say what you will, if you will, i have a feeling though who will be the first on the scene here..

Some people may do nice things on here for other people but that doesn't make them saints, If you turn around and bash and ruin another members standing for no real good reason,

I will not name names for the bad things as we all know who's who on here, I have received alot of help on here from people like Dr spec, mantis and a bunch of others and for what ever reason weather they liked my views or not helped me and moved on, No bias no nothing,

Then thier are others who decide they don't like you and decided to make your time a living hell, I have seen it done to a few members and thier is always that rat pack that chimes in for each other,

This is why i don't post no longer, This board wen't from friendly and fun to hurtful and hatefull all in a year, I would like to thanks Mantis for the support and helpful e-mails i have received and on the board,

I would like to say when i e-mail someone i would like the courtesy for you not to forward my e-mails to other members for reasons of harrasment, grudges or for peronal gain at someone elses exspense..

Now i am not angry, as i was that night this all happened.. so don't take this as if i am against the good guys on here.. But you would be surprised at the e-mails i received saying the opposite of what members express for others on the board.. off the board people feel alot differen't then what they say here... So don't think cause on the board he's your best bud that off he really hates the way said people act!!

With that said, thanks for all the help and Micah for the support also during this trying time for me, and yes this was very trying for me as right now i am having a tough time dealing with home life much less to be shuned by a selected group of guys who take great pride and making people feel even worse...

I have enjoyed it all, but I must say and no one has done anything - and Im not exactly leaving - but since it is sunny outside, and its warm weather its time for me to take my toll outside, playing and in the gym etc. So I will not be posting as much, and once again I want to thank you all for your help in my learning in the Audio world. I have learned a whole lot!

Im leaving the boards because of the above. The reason I have been posting so much lately is its raining outside, been raining for like 2 days straight! When I say I'm leaving, I dont mean like going away and never posting, I mean 1 or 2 posts a day if any at all.

Yeah sometimes this forum gets old and tiresome.. just like anything. I take everything in my life in moderation.. with the exception of alcohol. :lol: :lol:

Guys just lighten up... if your feelings get bruised.. just brush it off.. things posted on here sometimes are not fact... just opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.

Would be sad to see anyone leave the forum because someone else said or did something hurtful to them. I don't know the incident in question.. but come on guys. Give it a rest.

Geez, no shit. Sometimes this place seems to be populated by a bunch of teenage girls. I just don't understand giving someone else power over you so that what they say rattles you so.. (you being the collective 'you', to whomever it applies). Grow a little thicker skin, ignore anyone you believe to be an asshole, and talk shop. And forget about the rest of it. Well written man.This forum gets boring from time to time,but I feel we have a growing good bunch of good guys around here.Seems like the butthole type theads are few and far...........It still happens from time to time,but it just seems that some PEOPLE feel the need to act the way they do.

There's a certain few people in here that make me enjoy posting. Pick the ones you want to talk to and forget the rest. Don't even bother replying to posts that agravate you. That should make it more enjoyable. I was starting to get pissed at a lot stuff I was reading in here and just ignored and skip all of that stuff. It has made thing a lot better for me. A personal attack against your character sucks, I read the whole low down. I hope you don't leave because of all of the crap. There are a lot guys here that are more than willing to help and make your posts enjoyable.

Hey, I am a newbie, by that I mean only been here a few months. I think the site is great for its purpose, and has some excellent insight on some particulars. I have learned a great deal, and even met a cool owner. I don't frequent this site thinking I am going to see Noah's new blueprints for the Ark, nor do I come here to expect the documents on how to s*ck my own d*&k.

It is a shame that we lose posters, like George Grand, to BS posts. But with any forum, public as this is, we open ourselves up to the mediocre. What do you expect, not everyone is a Polk geek?

I am a Polk geek, and I don't give a fook! If I know something that might be of interest, or can point someone in the right direction, than thats my purpose here.

Hey Polk Forum, just keep posting man! The super posters are present and offer ALOT, the useless posters are few and far between. We have alot of knowledge base here, and its a shame to waste it just because we have some commoners.

This is a Polk Audio Forum, if you are here just to bash/ whine / etc. go fook urself, this forum has better things to do.

Yeah I was wondering what happen to George Grand. I don't care to know the circumstance as to why he left.. but it's to bad we lost someone who had such great insight from which we all learned so much.. and we would have learned alot more.

I hope he has found a new forum to feel comfortable in and is happy again.

So... about those documents pertaining to oral self-gratification... The ability to give ones self head is indeed directly tied to the subjects of audio/video and Polk speakers, so those documents are vital information. I don't have time to explain the direct link right now. Suffice to say that it can all be proven using the equation E=mc^2.

What's up with all of the whining bs? leaving this forum is not going to solve anything, you will be forget just like anybody else. Want to make your points, stick around and enjoy the debate. We are all different and sometimes we have strong opinions and oppose each others, but during the process, don't you think we are also learn a great deal, Let’s try to do the right things for the right reasons, by the end of the day you will get over with it(try to get away from one a*ss ho*le, you will have to deal with another one down the road, that's life, a never ending story, don't expect to be perfect). I am indeed still here and there, Just not posting.. It's not always the point of "being a man" sometimes other life situations take presidence, Some times taking a break is good! it doesn't mean "we" are not a man or whineing, just taking a break and thinking of more important things...
