dx10-4 resp(20-300 hz) Ractual (3.7 ohm) efficiency (85db) 300w rms / 600 max
dx10-8 resp (20-300 hz) Ractual (8.6 ohm) efficiency (85db) 300w rms / 600 max
dx12-4 resp (20-200hz) Ractual (3.7 ohm) efficiency (86db) 400w rms / 800 max
dx12-8 resp (20-200 hz) Ractual (8.6 ohm) efficiency (86db) 400w rms / 800 max
note -- having owned both and in various impedances -- i can tell u that u can safely put around 350 on the 10's --- oddly enough - the same goes for the 12", anything over 350-375 and they start to go to hell.
its a great subwoofer... enjoy it. I've owned 4 DX 12's and 2 DX 10's -- and I just bought another 2 DX 10's for my girlfriend's car... good stuff.

8302 = 425 - 450+ x 1 at 4 ohms.... 342 = lame ass 2003/4 model that does muchhhhh less power.
the 8302 was at sounddomain.com and crutchfield.com for like 199 on closeout -- stil is there i think... retail was lke 350 for that amp.
so like i was sayin its way better than the 342 -- the 2003/4 model of the 302/8302 is the thunder 502.
I saw a Blue Thunder 150x2 on there for like 99 bucks (on ebay) a week ago -- look for one of those -- they actually do even more and cleaner power than the 8302.

Thanks for your e-mail and for visiting the Crutchfield web site.
To answer your question about shipping, because our selling area for
on-line purchases is restricted to the fifty United States, APO/FPO
addresses, and the District of Columbia, we won't be able to ship an
order directly to you in Canada.

that sux w/ crutchfield.
far as taxes... i'm talking on the shipment.
when i mail something to a canadian person who bought it from me (as ap rivate seller on ebay or half.com or wherever)... i have to put a declared value on the box to insure the item and for it to pass customs.
well customs in canada (when its entering canada) takes that value and then adds a PST / GST that you have to pay when they deliver the item.
i don't know why but a 45 US dollar cd player incurred a 33 Canadian dollar (so like 20 bucks US) GST / PST / UPS brokerage fee for doing the GST /PST paperwork -- thats like 50%.
but i think its blown outa proportion on that small item... i think the UPS fee was 12 dollars flat rate -- and the other 8 bucks was the 18% or so tax.
i mean you can get around it and write "GIFT" on the box, but then u cant insure it.... and u're in a world of **** if customs catches u -- its like a 75 dollar fine for each country.

ya you're going to need at least 8 gauge for that amp -- 4 is better but not necessary unless you're running multiple amps or intend to in the future.
