He? His? Must have been too close to game time...

Nina is/ was not the best known of her era, but took a back seat to no one. Something Rhino recognized with their releases of her work (God I love Rhino).

BTW they've posted a nice homage to her...

Gotta agree with Rhino's homage. She performed at the Montreal Jazz festival and she still had the presence. Made me go out the next day and build a few of her CDs.
