SACD price drop... [Archive]

Few months ago, when I was in New Orleans, I check out the price of SACD @The Virgin music store(near the Jackon Brewer bldg), $24.99 a pop. Yesterday, I shopped at BB, they now have a separate section for SACD, about 50 plus titles, and the price now ranging form $15.99 to $16.99 for each title, $ 6 to $7 less then what DVD-A is selling for...:)

Not yet. My guess (and hope) is I'll get it tomorrow, then I'll have something audio-related to do this weekend.

I guess DVD-Audio will soon follow SACD in dropping their prices.
