Dan, do you have any wire sets for hooking up SACD or DVD-A (the separate channels)?

I would need six analog interconnects. I see you have a bunch of Monster stuff, but do you have six of the same? Or could I mix a few different grades of analog interconnects?

Doc, if it makes any difference, I mixed my interconnects for the SACD/DVD-A (I use a ratshack switcher to toggle the sources). I use 18 interconnects (9 pairs), 6 Monster M550i and 12 Signal Cable Analog two. Throughout the signal path, I have the Center and Subwoofer on the Monster and the rest on analog two. It works great, no noticable anomalies.

if you are looking at Signal Cable Analog Two, try out the bullet plug option on one of the pair, you might like it. I noticed the difference (not earth shattering) but nevertheless, an improvement. Compared to regular Analog two, I noticed tighten low end, and slight soundstage improvement.

They are standard RCA unbalanced interconnects (Analog One or Two), so yes, you can use them to hook up your preamp to amp, I am assuming you are talking about your new Adcom power amp. Or, if you go with a different brand that has balanced XLR i/c, then you can get the SC XLR interconnects too.

I would really enjoy hearing a preamp amp hooked up with all xlr. IMO, I'm not sure if xlr's are optimum for analog. Just my 2c and my curiousity catching the best of me.

as it looks right now,all the M950i's are sold.The THX wires are sold.The M550i's are sold....I will update the list when I receive payment for all Idems sold......but I'm 99.999% they are all gone.

Right now I'm talking to Dr.Spec about the Transparent.If he doesn't want them then they are up for sale still.They are incredible cables.....and I'm selling them for a great price.For seperates,I would use them.....

I only have one pair of M350i's.They are an entry level cable.They sound ok,not great and I don't think I would use them for hooking up power amps.I used them for a VCR.

If your inot Monstercable,then M950i's you should go check out.Sorry as I mentioned mine are sold......

I looked over your system and feel you should at least use M550i's.Max performance would be M950i's.You can upgrade with that level of interconnect and feel good about it.

Speaker wire I would use MCX-bi wires for front 3 and 14-4 for the rears.Max would be M1.4s bi wires for front 3 and MCX-bi wires for all rears from a bulk roll.

Video would be M500v series M1000v for Max perfromance.

i allready have the monster cabble speaher wire. i dont know what it is but ut us 12guage and i put compreshon fitting bana plugs on them and ran the wire to bi wire the mains and a signal to the rears 12 guage all the way around. it is the realey thick pinklooking stuffthat costs 1.60 a foot but got it for around 90 a foot cues the sales person could not mesure.

do you know what the differance between the regular monster cabble and the m series?

Mantis, on short notice I decided to take the family back east. The problem is by the time you receive my payment and put the cables in the mail I won't be home to accept them. I would hate for them to go into mail hyper space and was wondering if you could delay shipping untill I return. If this causes you any problems I could give you my work addy for shipment.

M series Monster is there one down from reference line.Standard monster is well standard.The technology that goes into M series gets watered down for standard and so.

I suggest you read over Monsters websire and learn.It's good reading and you can get a better understanding about there technology.
