what kind of set up would i need

I have two KICKER 08 S15L7 4-Ohm 15" 4ohm Solo-Baric Subwoofers I just want to know what would be the best setup to get the max bass???

Go with Kickers recommended ported enclosure. They have three but if the you want the most bass go with the largest one. I have built several of the compact ported enclosures that they recommend for the 15" L7 and it produced massive amounts of bass. You can choose whatever brand amp you like but I would again stay with kicker. 750 watts minmum per sub and you will be fine. Buy ear protection. That is a great subwoofer.
